Coburn Heights

In 2009, the Corporation built 16 Affordable Housing Units at Tompkins Avenue in Orleans. The site is the location of a former City of Cumberland Fire Hall. The private street name translates to “old Fire Hall” in French.

The Board of Directors selected the name Coburn Heights, which recognizes the achievements of the former mayor of the City of Cumberland, Brian Coburn, and ties the property to the community of Queenswood Heights.
