Charlemagne Gate
In 1993, the Corporation added 40 family units at Charlemagne Gate in urban Orleans.
Sidney Marinoff was an active community leader and former President of the Fallingbrook Community Association. Due to his great contributions to the people of Cumberland, the Board of Directors decided the subdivision street would be named Marinoff Way. Sydney passed away in 1991.
